Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill is my favorite)
- 1 cup almond milk (or substitute for milk of choice)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar (or divide in two 8 oz mason jars).
2. Mix well with a fork.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
