Ingredients:
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl using a fork or a food processor.
2. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form into balls.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for future use.
